Agreement

By using this website (the "Site"), and having the benefit of viewing any part of it, you automatically agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained within this statement (the "Agreement"). Punzun Ltd., an Illinois corporation doing business as Inner Drive Technology (the "Author"), may change the terms of this Agreement from time to time. If so, we will notify users of any such changes by online postings. If you continue to use the site after the posting of any notice of change, you automatically agree to be bound by such changes. The Site's privacy statement (printed below) is an integral part of the Agreement.

Explicit waiver of warranty

You understand and agree that the Site is currently in development, and is therefore unstable, pre-release work product. As such it carries with it inherent instabilities and risks from its use, including but not limited to: incorrect or misleading results, incorrect calculations, unexpected and prolonged interruptions of service. By using the Site or any part of it you manifest explicit understanding of the risks and limitations of using this unfinished application.

The Author expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express and implied, including, without limitation: (a) any warranties as to the availability, accuracy, completeness, or content of information, products, or services which are part of the Site; (b) warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or against infringement. In no event will the Author, his affiliates, licensors, employees, agents, or contractors be liable to you, or to anyone, for any damages or losses, including without limitation indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages resulting from or caused by the Site, its public posting bulletin boards, its content, or any errors or omissions in its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Author reserves all rights in the Content, which is protected not only by U.S. copyright law, but by international treaty provisions. You may make a single copy of the Content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not alter the Content in any way. You may not distribute the Content, or otherwise make it available to others, without the Author's written permission.

Choice of laws and jurisdiction

You agree that the laws of Illinois and, where applicable, of the United States will apply in any matter arising out of your use of the Site. Any claim with respect to this Agreement or your use of the Site must be filed with the appropriate dispute resolution authority in Cook County, Illinois, within one year after the date your claim first arose, or the claim shall be barred forever.

Serverability

Any decision by an appropriate dispute resolution authority holding any part of this Agreement unenforceable will apply only to that part, and will not affect any other part of this Agreement.

Privacy

Personal information

The Site does not retain any personal information about visitors.

Automatic tracking

All websites track certain information about your visits; this Site is no different. Whenever you browse any part of the Site, we will record the following information about your visit:

• The date and time of every visit to the Site;
• The date and time that you look at any document or image on the Site;
• The brand and model of browser that you use;
• The URL from which you linked to the Site; and
